Lewis Williamson has been penalised for cutting the pit exit line in the first qualifying session of the 2011 GP3 season at Istanbul Park, with the stewards deciding to issue the punishment twice after the 21-year-old committed the offence twice.

The Dundee-born man had qualified in third behind pole-sitter Tom Dillmann and Alexander Sims, but he will now start the race from the fifth row in ninth place after receiving two 3-place grid drops.
