10 July 2014 – Sébastien Buemi remained fastest on the penultimate day of testing for the inaugural Formula E season at Donington Park.
Having topped the timesheets on Wednesday, the e.dams driver found more than eight tenths of a second to lower the overall test benchmark to 1:31.083 and finish two tenths clear of Audi Sport ABT's Lucas di Grassi.
Jérôme d'Ambrosio, representing China Racing but not yet confirmed on the grid, finished third quickest, ahead of Andretti's Scott Speed, Virgin Racing's Sam Bird and the second Audi-backed machine of Daniel Abt.
Nicolas Prost and Nick Heidfeld, team-mates in the World Endurance Championship, followed for e.dams and Venturi, while Jarno Trulli, driving for his eponymous team, and Bruno Senna (Mahindra) completed the top 10.
The circuit will host one more test day on August 19, before the opening round in Beijing on September 13.
