Spyker F1 team officially sold

Spyker Cars N.V. today announced that the negotiations to sell its Formula 1 team (Spyker F1) to the consortium of Watson Ltd. (Dr. Vijay Mallya) and Strongwind (the Mol family) have resulted in a final agreement.

In a press release Spyker Cars announced: "Today, after the signing of the official documentation, management of the Spyker Formula One Team has been handed over to the new owners: Orange India Holdings (a consortium of Dr Vijay Malya and the Mol family)."

The team has been sold for 88 million euro.
