Ralf Schumacher has said his country fellow Timo Glock would be the perfect driver to replace him at Toyota next season. Earlier this month Ralf Schumacher announced that he would not extend his contract with Toyota for 2008, but his future plans remain unknown.
Speaking with German newspaper Bild Ralf Schumacher said about the vacant position at Toyota: "Timo Glock had a great season in GP2 this season and he would really deserve a place at Toyota."
Glock was clearly the fastest driver in GP2 this season, but suffered from a lot of technical failures. The German clinched the GP2 title last week in the final race at Valencia. "Toyota should definitely try and sign up Timo for next season," Ralf believes.
