Britain's Mike Conway, former Honda test driver, and British Formula 3 driver Marcus Ericsson will join Mercedes Grand Prix at Jerez next week for a 3-day test with the team. Both drivers will be in the car for three full days of action.
With the young driver session being staged between Tuesday and Thursday for only those who have competed in no more than two F1 races, Conway will return to the wheel of a World Championship car whereas Ericsson is looking forward to his first taste of Formula 1.
The Brackley squad, formerly Brawn, is yet to announce its second driver after delivering the long-awaited confirmation of Germany's Nico Rosberg on Monday; the former Williams man could be joined by either 26-year-old Conway or 19-year-old Ericsson, with fellow countrymen Nick Heidfeld and Adrian Sutil also being possibilities.
