Hispania forms new board of directors
27 May 2010 – The Hispania Racing Team has formed a new board courtesy of a reshuffle, which comes just a day after the Murcia-based outfit announced it was splitting with Italian car designer Dallara to manage its own project.
The board has been announced by team owner José Ramón Carabante, who is its President, and includes economist and former politician Miguel Boyer Salvador - Spain's minister of economy and finance between 1982 and 1985.
The members of Carabante's board are as follows:

- Carlos Cutillas Cordón
- Manuel Delgado Solís
- Luis Delso Heras
- Julio Díaz Freijo
- Fernando Fernández Tapias
- Jose Luiz Zanetty Dueñas
Each member will take possession of their position at the next HRT Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting.
