Hispania drivers Bruno Senna and Karun Chandhok will be making the most of this week’s time in the United Kingdom by visiting the Northampton base of engine supplier Cosworth, with it having been revealed that the pair are naming their engines.
Much in the same way Red Bull’s Sebastian Vettel has branded his cars the likes of ‘Kate’, ‘Kate’s Dirty Sister’, ‘Luscious Liz’ and most recently 'Randy Mandy', Senna will be powered at Silverstone this weekend by ‘Gabby’ whereas ‘Rachel’ is the rebranded Cosworth in the back of Chandhok’s car.
Both HRT men will visit the Cosworth factory on Thursday morning before returning to Silverstone in order to continue preparations ahead of the weekend’s events.
