Ferrari unveils new logo for 2011
8 July 2010 – Ferrari has revealed a brand-new logo which the team will put into usage from the start of next season. The modified style, which sees the 'SF' section removed as well as the area which previously included the controversial Marlboro barcode, was presented by drivers Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa at Silverstone on Thursday.
With Team Principal Stefano Domenicali having confirmed that the official title 'Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro' will remain, the new logo features prominent white sections in-line with the Maranello outfit's title sponsorship from Spanish banking group Santander.
The legendary prancing horse symbol itself, contained within the new outlines, remains unchanged.
