Hamilton to drive in Schiphol Airport demonstration
2008 World Champion and current 2010 title contender Lewis Hamilton is set to entertain a selection of VIP guests in a Formula 1 demonstration at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport next month.
Lewis will be present at the site – 15 kilometres (9 miles) from downtown Amsterdam – on Monday 13 September, one day after the Italian Grand Prix.
However, as event organisers Vodafone attempt to avoid congestion in the form of masses of fans flocking to the airport complex, the exact location of the makeshift track remains confidential.
