Massa to drive 2008 Ferrari in Hungary this weekend

This weekend will feature the third hosting of Ferrari Racing Days this year, when a selection of events organised by the Maranello outfit will be staged at Budapest’s Hungaroring circuit. However, Felipe Massa will attend as a special guest on this occasion in order to entertain crowds in his 2008 Formula 1 car.

Having nearly won that year’s race, with an engine failure handing a maiden career victory to McLaren’s Heikki Kovalainen with just three laps to go, Massa will now return to the Hungaroring – which nearly claimed his life in 2009 – just five weeks after this year’s race at the track.

As well as the Brazilian’s track outing, crowds will also be entertained by the fifth rounds of the Italian and European versions of the Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli plus non-competitive runs for a selection of vehicles prepared by the company’s Corse Clienti department.
