Mercedes GP CEO Nick Fry has been invited by British Prime Minister David Cameron to become a UK Business Ambassador for the Coalition Government.
“(In motorsport there)…are among the most experienced and successful people from business and UK Universities,” Prime Minister Cameron commented. “Their knowledge, skill and dedication to British business will play a key role in opening markets, increasing trade and encouraging investment.”
“It is with great pleasure that I recently accepted the role of Business Ambassador,” Fry added. “The motorsport industry in the UK plays a key role in our economy; in addition to promoting trade and investment for the UK at home and abroad, I hope to be able to represent our industry and bring benefits to all concerned.”
