Did you know? Dillmann is the son of retired racing driver Gerard Dillmann. In 2010, he became the first ever Frenchman to win the German F3 title and earlier this year became his country’s sole representative in the GP3 field.

How did you get interested in racing?
My father was a racing driver in GTs, so I was always around a racing environment.
What is your greatest achievement so far?
Last year was great. I picked up the German F3 title and was fast in the World Series by Renault test in October. So definitely last year.
Do you have any racing heroes?
No, not really. I am French but I never really liked Alain Prost!
Who excites you most on the current F1 grid?
I like Alonso now, for his style.
