Sir Richard Branson was on hand to launch Virgin Racing’s connection with film Cars 2 on Monday afternoon. The Englishman, CEO and founder of the Virgin Group, travelled to Horse Guards Parade in London and was joined by daughter Holly.
Cars 2 will feature the voice of Lewis Hamilton and stars such as ‘Lightning McQueen’ and ‘Finn McMissile’ battling through the streets of the British capital.
For the launch, the Bransons were joined by life-size models of the machines.
Cars 2 branding will appear on the cars of Timo Glock and Jérôme d’Ambrosio for this weekend’s British Grand Prix at Silverstone.
