Hülkenberg to skip Singapore practice
Via a message posted to his personal Twitter account, Nico Hülkenberg has revealed that he will sit out Friday Free Practice in Singapore in order for Force India race drivers Adrian Sutil and Paul di Resta to enjoy more track time.
“I will not drive in FP1 in Singapore because the team wants to give Adrian and Paul more track time and I understand and accept the decision,” the reserve driver said.
Marina Bay will mark the first time the 24-year-old German has not driven on a race weekend since the Monaco Grand Prix in late May.
