Caterham F1 Team reveals 2012 logo

14 December 2011

The soon to be named Caterham F1 Team has revealed its logo for the upcoming season, with the Hingham squad entering 2012 under a new guise.

Having first entered the sport as Lotus Racing back in 2010, the outfit became Team Lotus for the 2011 campaign before a naming row erupted with rivals Lotus Renault GP. After a long court process, it was ultimately decided that LRGP could retain its title, with Team Lotus boss Tony Fernandes opting to move away from the brand.

With the Caterham Group and all of its subsidiaries now a full part of Fernandes' F1 setup, the team will effectively be entering its third new era in as many years.
