Marussia F1 reveals 2012 logo

As of today, Sunday 1 January, John Booth's Virgin Racing squad will be known as the Marussia F1 Team. The official title change comes after investment from the Russian car manufacturer back in 2010, before an increase in funds last season.

The outfit has wasted no time in publishing its new logo for the 2012 campaign, with the focus now well and truly on Nikolay Fomenko's Moscow-based company.

Marussia joins three other teams in tweaking their title, with Mercedes adding the AMG moniker, Renault becoming Lotus and Team Lotus changing to Caterham F1.
