The weather might be dull, but there are a variety of colours on offer as a number of F1 teams run modified liveries for this weekend’s British Grand Prix at Silverstone.

At Red Bull, the cars of Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber have been modified to represent the usual blue, yellow and red colour scheme but with hundreds of small photos. This is all in the name of charity and over one million euros (£800,000) has been raised.
At Lotus, Kimi Räikkönen and Romain Grosjean are supporting the new Batman film, carrying The Dark Knight Rises messages on their sidepods.
Perhaps the most poignant tribute is for María de Villota, who is mentioned on the Marussia cars. The Spanish reserve driver lost her right eye in an appalling testing accident on Tuesday and remains in hospital in a critical but stable condition.
