Tuesday sees Formula 1 return to Magny-Cours in France for the first time since 2008. The reason on this occasion is the second Young Driver test to be staged so far this year, as Ferrari takes to the track alongside Mercedes and Force India.
F1 last travelled to the Circuit de Nevers for the French Grand Prix of 2008, in which Kimi Räikkönen suffered a broken exhaust and handed victory to Ferrari team-mate Felipe Massa. This week, three days of testing will be held. This is the second of three Young Driver tests in 2012, following on from Silverstone and preceding Yas Marina.
Line-up for Young Driver test at Magny-Cours:
Ferrari - Jules Bianchi and Davide Rigon
Mercedes - Sam Bird
Force India - Jules Bianchi, Luiz Razia and Rodolfo González
Running times:
9am-1pm and 2pm-5pm
