Mercedes has confirmed that it will present its 2013 car at Jerez on Monday 4 February. Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton will be present to pull the covers off the W04, one day before pre-season testing begins in southern Spain.
The Silver Arrows, who have claimed just one victory since returning to the sport as a factory team in 2010, mutually split with seven-time title winner Michael Schumacher last season, with Hamilton moving over from McLaren to partner Nico Rosberg.
Added to the driver line-up change, Norbert Haug left his role as the head of motorsport at the end of December, while triple World Champion Niki Lauda has taken on an increased role in a bid to help the squad return to the top of the order.
The launch of the Mercedes W04 chassis, taking place along the start/finish straight of the popular testing venue, will get underway at 1.30pm local time (GMT +1).
