McLaren will launch its new MP4-28 chassis on Thursday morning, becoming only the second team to present its 2013 design to the public. In doing so, the Woking-based outfit is set to spark one of the busiests pre-season phases, as come the late hours of Monday, a total of nine contenders will have been unveiled.
Next to follow Lotus and McLaren will be Ferrari and Force India. Both teams have opted for a Friday morning presentation, at Maranello and Silverstone respectively. On Saturday it is Sauber's turn, with new drivers Nico Hülkenberg and Esteban Gutiérrez in attendance at the team's Hinwil base to pull the covers off the C32.
Reigning Champions Red Bull will be the last team to stage a factory launch on Sunday, before the Formula 1 fraternity heads to Jerez. Mercedes, Toro Rosso will launch their new challengers at the the Andalusian circuit on Monday, while Caterham has chosen the following day for its reveal, moments before testing begins.
Williams previously announced that its 2012 chassis will be racking up the mileage at Jerez, with Pastor Maldonado and Valtteri Bottas having to wait until 19 February to try the new FW34. Marussia is the only remaining squad yet to confirm its launch plans.
