The fourth and final day of the opening pre-season test at Jerez has arrived, with some minor driver line-up changes throughout the field. Pedro de la Rosa steps into the F138, Sergio Pérez, Lewis Hamilton and Luiz Razia all return to the track, while Jules Bianchi makes his first appearance of the week for Force India.
