Sauber has been the most productive team over the 2013 pre-season testing phase, covering more than 5300 kilometres at the Jerez and Barcelona gatherings. Esteban Gutiérrez leads the way in the individual standings, finishing ahead of Mercedes duo Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton plus team-mate Nico Hülkenberg.
The biggest talking point of the drivers' list is Kimi Räikkönen's low mileage total, with Lotus's technical gremlins plus a bout of food poisoning at the final test hindering his progress. His fellow World Champions, Fernando Alonso, Sebastian Vettel and Jenson Button, also appear outside the top ten, but with much higher totals.
Behind Sauber and Mercedes on the teams' list, Ferrari finished as best of the rest after a smoother pre-season, while McLaren and Red Bull were the final two outfits to surpass the 1000 lap milestone in fourth and fifth respectively. Williams, whose total includes the laps completed with its 2012 and 2013 cars, edged out Caterham, Toro Rosso and Force India, with Lotus falling behind Marussia after its troubles.
