Pirelli reveals compounds until India
17 September 2013 – Formula 1 tyre supplier Pirelli has revealed the compounds it will bring to the three races directly after the Singapore Grand Prix, taking place in Korea, Japan and India.
For the Korean race, the Super Soft and Medium compounds will be in use, a repeat of the choice for this weekend's race at the Marina Bay venue. The Medium and Hard rubber will be taken to Japan, while the Soft and Medium steps will be used in India.
This differs slightly to last season's nominations; in Korea, the Super Soft and Soft compounds were used, while Japan and India both featured the Soft and Hard tyres.
Pirelli's announcement means that the Abu Dhabi, United States and Brazilian races are the only events for which the manufacturer is yet to confirm its compound plans.
