Horner hails 'disciplined' Vettel drive
7 October 2013 – Christian Horner has hailed Sebastian Vettel for producing a "disciplined" drive during Sunday's Korean Grand Prix, the German extending his run of victories to four races.
Vettel, who has now won the past three races in Yeongam, avoided the drama on the opening lap before successfully navigating two Safety Car periods, ultimately taking the chequered flag ahead of Lotus duo Kimi Räikkönen and Romain Grosjean.
"A really disciplined drive by Sebastian to win his third consecutive Korean Grand Prix," said Red Bull team boss Horner, whose driver can claim the title in Japan.
"It was a race dominated by tyre preservation and he managed it extremely well."
Vettel now leads the championship standings by a total of 77 points; if he wins at Suzuka, nearest rival Fernando Alonso will be required to finish ninth or higher.
