Räikkönen set to drive new Ferrari first
22 January 2014 – Ferrari has confirmed that Kimi Räikkönen will be the first to drive its latest Formula 1 challenger at the opening pre-season test of the year, which takes place at the Circuito de Jerez from January 28-31.
The Finn, who returns to the Maranello-based outfit after a successful stint at Lotus, has been penned in for the first two days of next week's gathering, before handing the wheel to new team-mate Fernando Alonso.
The name of Ferrari's new car will be revealed on Friday, before it is officially presented the following day. Determined by fans, the monikers F14 T and F166 Turbo currently lead the poll on 30 percent shares.
