Force India duo expect similar pecking order
19 May 2014 – Force India duo Sergio Pérez and Nico Hülkenberg expect the pecking order to stay the same in Monaco.
Teams brought their first major upgrade packages of the season to Barcelona, with Mercedes pulling further clear of Red Bull, while Williams, Ferrari and Lotus pushed Force India back to the fringes of the top ten.
"I don't believe that there will be a major surprise and I expect the same teams to be at the front," said Pérez ahead of the event. "It's hard to predict how strong we will be, but I hope we can continue our good form."
Sharing a similar view, Hülkenberg added: "I think it will be a normal track for us. As far as the pecking order is concerned, it's very tight and competitive at the moment so we need to keep working hard and developing."
Force India currently occupies fourth in the standings, nine points adrift of Ferrari and 11 ahead of Williams.
