Chilton out to piece together positives
5 June 2014 – Max Chilton has said he is feeling encouraged and will be focused on trying to 'piece together all the positives' this weekend in the Canadian Grand Prix.
Chilton stretched his record run of successive finishes to 25 in Monaco and even though he had a tough afternoon, Jules Bianchi's points finish in the sister car boosted the entire Marussia team.
"I'm really excited about the Canadian Grand Prix. After such a positive test in Barcelona, and a very positive qualifying in Monaco off the back of that, I am hoping that we can piece together all of the positives into a more competitive result in Montreal," he confirmed.
"I am really encouraged by the work we have done and the obvious progress that we are making with the car."
"I think the whole ream loves coming to Montreal. It's such a great venue for the race and the fans are so enthusiastic," he added.
"After a successful team result last time out, it's shaping up to being busier than usual. I can't wait to get back down to the racing."
