Pérez gets grandstand for United States GP
24 July 2014 – A grandstand has been dedicated to Sergio Pérez fans for this year's United States Grand Prix.
The Force India driver has received plenty of support throughout the previous two race weekends at the Circuit of The Americas, with the Austin venue situated around 250 miles from the border of his home country, Mexico.
Spectators who sign up for the three-day packages will also be in with a chance of meeting Pérez.
"The power and presence of the fans at COTA is unbelievable; it almost feels like home," said Pérez.
"I am very happy to have a dedicated grandstand for my fans to come and show support during the race. I am looking forward to seeing everyone in Austin at one of my favourite circuits this November."
From 2015, Pérez will have a genuine home race, after Wednesday's confirmation of a return to Mexico.
