ART Grand Prix driver Jules Bianchi is left clueless after receiving a five-place grid penalty for blocking other drivers. The Frenchman couldn't believe his ears when he heard about his grid penalty.
"I can't believe this," an upset Bianchi told GPUpdate.net at Zandvoort. "They said I blocked four drivers, but why do they give me only a five-place grid penalty? I just can't understand such a decision and I don't agree with it."
Speaking about the upcoming race Bianchi said: "I will do the best I can but it will be difficult to overtake here at Zandvoort. I'm afraid I won't be fighting Vallteri (Bottas) but I'd be happy to finished second now."
