Brundle excited about Snetterton visit

23 August 2010

Off the back of an eighth place finish which completed a much-improved Silverstone weekend, Alex Brundle now looks forward to travelling to home circuit Snetterton for Rounds 25, 26 and 27 of the British Formula 3 season.

With the Norfolk venue playing host to the penultimate meeting of the year, Brundle – son of former Formula 1 driver turned television commentator Martin – is delighted with his recent improvement in form following a tedious first half to the campaign.

“I’m really looking forward to it - it’s my local track and I’ve always gone well there,” said Alex, having turned 20 earlier this month and whose T-Sport car is now reaping the rewards of recent significant setup modifications.

“It’s one of the fastest tracks in the UK and a great thrill, with a couple of really exciting corners. It offers a very different challenge to other tracks in the UK.”
