Mücke Motorsport has confirmed that Sweden’s Felix Rosenqvist will form part of its line-up for the 2011 season, with the 19-year-old graduating from the German F3 Championship.
Rosenqvist’s 2010 ended positively, with fifth place in the prestigious Macau Grand Prix. Optimism is now higher following his latest contract signing.
“This is a truly fantastic opportunity and a big challenge," he commented. "The best drivers are racing in the Formula 3 Euro Series and so that is simply where you have to be.
“Having seen the dedication with which Mücke Motorsport go about all their numerous racing projects, I am very happy to be driving one of their cars this year - I am confident we will prove a strong combination.”
