Raimondo and Dillmann reshuffle for Austria
2 June 2011 – Prema Powerteam has announced that Canadian Gianmarco Raimondo will be switching to the outfit as the Formula 3 Euro Series continues this weekend. Having driven for Motopark Academy at the first three meetings of the season, his previous seat is now filled by France’s Tom Dillmann, who moves from GP3.
“I am sure that we’ll be able to fight for victories at the Red Bull Ring,” comments Prema Team Manager René Rosin. “We will run a third car for Raimondo, who has already performed excellently in Italian Formula 3 and is keen to grow with us.”
Heading to the revamped Austrian track this weekend, Spanish Prema pairing Roberto Merhi and Daniel Juncadella lead the standings, separated by 19 points.
