Olympic torch visits Brands Hatch

The Olympic torch had another date with motorsport on Friday morning, passing by Brands Hatch en route to London. The London Olympics begin in one week’s time.

Last week, Lewis Hamilton carried the torch in Luton just one day after the British Grand Prix. Today, it made an appearance at the Kent circuit before heading to the capital city.

London has already hosted the Olympic Games on two occasions: 1908 and 1948.
