Challenging end to season for DPR

Challenging end to season for DPR

12 April 2008

David Price Racing (DPR) completed their GP2 Asia campaign at the Dubai Autodrome today after five round of intense competition. Indian driver Armaan Ebrahim and Brazilian driver, Diego Nunes made their final outing for DPR squad, which saw their season end with a retirement for Ebrahim and a 13th place for Nunes.

Team Principal David Price commented, "This weekend has been challenging for the team, we've had everything thrown at us. However the drivers have both performed well and have learnt a great deal in the short time they have been racing in the Asian series."

"Overall we are pleased with how we have performed and we have shown that under the right conditions we are capable of being a front running team," he added. "Our reliability has been good, and the DPR crew have been consistently strong in pitstops, so I'm pleased with our overall performance. We now look ahead to the main GP2 series, in which we hope to keep up the momentum and be running well within the top ten."
