Romain Grosjean has been excluded from this afternoon’s GP2 Feature Race at the Circuit de Catalunya, after stewards deemed his car to be in breach of the technical regulations. The Frenchman finished the race in fourth behind iSport driver Sam Bird, but now loses the five points that he initially earned.
The decision means he will start the Sprint Race on Sunday morning from the back of the grid in his DAMS machine, while Fabio Leimer inherits pole after being moved up to eighth in the classification today.
