Ocean adds Félix da Costa and Hartley to test

18 October 2011

Ocean Racing Technology has confirmed that it will be testing Portugal’s António Félix da Costa and New Zealand’s Brendon Hartley in Barcelona this week. They will run alongside The Netherlands’ Nigel Melker, whose outing was announced on Monday.

“I am well-adapted to the car, the team and the engineers,” Félix da Costa begins. “I am sure that we can be in the top five or six in the Barcelona tests. The first session went very well and my goal, and the team's goal, is to take it to the next level in our development process.”

“I am very happy to be taking part in these tests,” adds Hartley. “I really liked working with this team last season and I think that, after a first day where we will have to find our marks, we will be able to aim for the top spots.”

The Circuit de Catalunya’s GP2 test will take place across Wednesday and Thursday.
