Hilmer confirmed as Ocean replacement

Hilmer Motorsport has been granted one of the 13 entry slots for the 2013 GP2 season, taking over the space left by Ocean Racing. The latter, owned by ex-Formula 1 driver Tiago Monteiro, had already withdrawn from the GP3 series at the end of last year, but has now completely closed its operations amid financial difficulties.
