Danica Patrick is to star in a cameo role on prime-time television series CSI:NY, according to the IndyStar. However, the part is not the only TV position for the Andretti Autosport driver this year.
With CSI:NY (Crime Scene Investigation: New York) being a popular programme worldwide as well as in the States, the American audience currently sees the show air at 10pm ET/PT on CBS every Wednesday.
Patrick's appearance will come in the 10 February episode, with the 27-year-old also due to be in GoDaddy.com adverts during this year's annual Super Bowl.
