Audi's Allan McNish is desperate to enjoy victory in the Le Mans 24 Hours once again in 2010 after being beaten by Peugeot last year. Now confirmed as being part of the German manufacturer's line-up, the Scot is targeting a third success at the legendary French race.
"Winning the Le Mans 24 Hours is Audi's main objective this year," explained McNish, who has shared the cockpit with Dane Tom Kristensen and Italian Rinaldo Capello every year since 2006.
"Audi has finished on the rostrum every year since making its Le Mans debut in 1999 but, having won it eight times, last year's third place was an under par performance; Audi and I have the same desire - to go back to France this year and win - but it'll be a difficult challenge against Peugeot and Aston Martin."
