Former Formula 1 driver Jean Alesi has invited MotoGP Champion Valentino Rossi to join the Frenchman in next year's Le Mans 24 Hour test session on-board a Ferrari F430. Italian Rossi, however, has been forced to reject Alesi's offer due to his busy schedule in June.
"I am flattered by Jean's offer but due to the busy schedule in June I cannot make it," Yamaha rider Rossi said ahead of the world-famous event, which will be held on the weekend of 12-13 June.
"It is the busiest month of the (MotoGP) championship, with three scheduled races," 'The Doctor' explained to La Gazetta dello Sport.
