Dovizioso breaks collarbone in motorcross crash

Andrea Dovizioso was forced to make a hospital visit on Thursday night, having broken his right collarbone in a motorcross accident. The Italian rider confirmed the news via his personal Twitter account, posting a picture to show the extent of injury.

It is not yet known whether the 25-year-old, who was dropped by the factory Honda squad at the end of 2011, will miss any pre-season tests for new team Tech 3.
