No Argentina on 18-race 2013 calendar

The FIM, governing body of MotoGP, has confirmed the final draft of the race calendar for the 2013 season. An 18-race schedule begins in Qatar on the later-than-proposed date of 7 April, then concluding in Valencia on 10 November. The Argentine round will not be taking place, but should be present for 2014 and beyond.

The 2013 MotoGP calendar looks like this:
