Ducati unveiled its new bike for the upcoming MotoGP season in the Dolomite mountains on Tuesday evening, with factory riders Nicky Hayden and Andrea Dovizioso on hand to pull the covers off the GP13 amid a heavy snow storm.
In addition to Ducati's official launch, the new Pramac machines were also presented at the Madonna di Campiglio resort in Northern Italy. The team will enjoy full factory support throughout 2013, with Ben Spies and Andrea Iannone forming the line-up.
The factory Ducati squad has achieved just four podium finishes in the past two seasons, prompting Valentino Rossi to return to Yamaha for the 2013 campaign.
