Bottas inherits pole as Bianchi is penalised

Valtteri Bottas will start Sunday's Masters of F3 race from pole position at Zandvoort. The Finn was promoted to the top spot after a penalty was handed to French team-mate Jules Bianchi, who had qualified fastest.
