Chaos at start of Italian Grand Prix, Monza 2000

2000 saw Formula 1 return to a new-look Monza with totally revamped first and second chicanes. After drivers expressed their concerns, this first-lap pile-up at the Variante della Roggia results in chaos and the death of marshal Paolo Ghislimberti, who was struck by a flying wheel.
