FIA Institute tests forward roll-hoop

Following the accidents of Felipe Massa in Formula 1 and Henry Surtees in Formula 2 three years ago, the second of which had fatal consequences, motorsport governing body the FIA is now testing a new safety concept: the forward roll-hoop.
