Mann returns to Dale Coyne for Indy 500
28 March 2017 – Pippa Mann will return to the Indianapolis 500 after being signed to drive Dale Coyne Racing's third car for the prestigious event.
Mann made her Indianapolis 500 debut in 2011 and has appeared annually since 2013, linking up with Dale Coyne across each of the past four campaigns, taking a best of 18th last season.
Mann will pilot the No. 63 car in association with Get Involved Campaign, raising funds for Susan G. Komen, which conducts research into breast cancer.
"I'm very happy to be re-joining Dale Coyne Racing for my fifth consecutive year with the team at the Indianapolis 500," said Mann.
"Dale has invested heavily in the team over the winter, and it's an exciting time to be part of his organisation.
"I'm looking forward to working with the same familiar faces from my 2016 campaign, like my race engineer Rob Ridgely, as well as working with the new members of the team.
"I'm thrilled to be getting back on the race track this May for my sixth Indianapolis 500."
